BRAVE:PARENT
As a parent with young children, you are constantly navigating shifting roles, competing demands, and high expectations — from your workplace, your partner, your child, and yourself.
Your reality might entail some of these challenges:
🔻 "I feel guilty — no matter where I am, I’m not doing enough."
🔻 "I want to be present at home, but my mind is preoccupied with work and vice versa.”
🔻 "I’m back from parental leave but haven’t quite found my rhythm."
🔻 "I’m exhausted and reactive, even when I don’t want to be."
🔻 "I want to be a calm and connected — but I keep losing patience."
🔻 "I’m ambitious in my job, but I feel I have to choose between career and family."
It is a phase in life, full of love and meaning — but also noise, pressure, and an overwhelming mental load. You can be a present parent AND an ambitious employee or leader at work — but you cannot do it all by pushing harder.
BRAVE:PARENT is a program for ambitious parents who want more balance, clarity and presence in both their personal and professional life. It gives you practical tools and small everyday practices that help you build strength from within, so you can navigate life with more courage and integrity — even when there is a lot on your plate.
Throughout the program, you will be supported by experienced trainers and become part of a dedicated group of like-minded parents who support each other.
You gain tools and practice how to:
Turn resistance into growth by meeting it with curiosity instead of avoidance or control.
Build strong, trust-based collaboration — at work and at home — where honest and courageous communication replaces assumptions and second-guessing.
Make decisions from clarity rather than guilt, fear, or external pressure — even when your time and energy feel limited.
Lead with integrity and presence by integrating small, conscious actions that create long-term balance and impact across roles.
Prevent long-term stress by recognizing early signals in yourself and your surroundings — and learning how to take timely, balanced action.
